跨学科培养人才作为人才培养模式的探索性改革,其改革的方向、进度、质量有赖于一系列政策的制定和推行。本文主要从建立跨学科培养人才运行机制、跨学科培养人才管理制度两个方面,论述了跨学科培养人才工作中的政策导向问题。
The quality and success of interdisciplinary programs as a way to train talented people depend on the establishment and implementation of a series of policies. A discussion is presented on the operation and management of interdisciplinary programs in relation to their guiding policies.
