The Mode of Training and Innovative Thinking — What Universities Can Learn from Success Stories of Private Entrepreneurs in Yiwu City

本文应用辩证唯物主义认识论和系统科学观,以及教育学、心理学、创新思维学、社会学、企业管理学等多学科理论,综合分析义乌民营企业家成才的模式及其特点,根据高等教育存在的问题,认为高校应当系统面向社会开放并阐述了其可能性和必要性。

The manners and features of successes achieved by private entrepreneurs in Yiwu City are analyzed from multiple perspectives of dialectic materialism, systematic studies, education, psychology, sociology, innovative thinking, and business management. In view of the existing problems in higher education and what universities can learn from such success stories, the author theorizes the necessity and feasibility for universities to be fully open to the general public.
