摘要
本文从高校人力资源管理理念、运行机制、管理文化及制度建设等四个方面,对提高高校人力资源管理的有效性作了探索。提出人力资源是一种资本性资源,具有主导性与决定性的地位;人力资源管理要从资源入手,注重人性管理,张扬人性优点,强调人的可持续发展,以实现团队的最大效益。
A discussion is made on enhancing the effectiveness of human resource management at universities in relation to its four major aspects - concepts, operational mechanisms, management culture and institutional establishment. It is emphasized that human resources, as a capital, play a decisive role in a university and should be managed accordingly in a humanistic manner to capitalize on their strengths, promote their sustainable development, and maximize the benefits that they may create.
