摘要 介绍了富硒粉的提取方法及富硒脐橙汁的生产工艺;实验表明:富硒粉的添加量为(10 ̄30)g/200mL时,外观为橙色,果汁光滑细腻,无絮状析出,并且有纯正果汁风味,富硒脐橙汁可以作为经济、安全、有效的食物补硒产品,同时富硒脐橙汁生产工艺简单、成本低,易推广. The method of distilling selenium powder and the craft of selenium-enriched navel orange juice have been studied in this thesis. The experiment has proved when the accession quantity of selenium-enriched is (10-30) g/200 mL, the external appearance is orange, the juice is fine, has no floc , and has the pure and unadulterated juice taste. the selenium-enriching navel orange juice can be used as economical, safe and valid food added selenium, and the production craft of selenium-enriching navel orange juice is simple, the production cost is lower, and it can be extended easily.
