云南晋宁县农民心理健康状况调查

Investigation on Mental Health Status of Jinning County

[目的]了解晋宁县滇池沿岸不同性别农民的心理健康状况。[方法]采用SCL-09症状自评量表进行面对面的方法收集资料,不同性别得分与国内常模进行10个因子比较;计算SCL-90因子得分达到≥3分的百分比;下同性别不同年龄段因子得分比较。[结果]SCL-90各因子得分中除人际关系外,其他因子均高于国内常模。女性与常模相比除人际关系、偏执外,其他因子均存在高度显著性差异(P<0.01);除敌对、偏执两个因子外,其他因子女性得分均较男性高,其中躯体化、抑郁、恐怖3个因子存在性别差异(P<0.05)。[结论]农民在心理健康方面存在一定的问题,女性总体的心理健康水平较男性差,应加强对农民尤其是农村妇女的心理健康教育和咨询。

[Objective] To investigate mental health status of different sex farmers along Dian Chi Lake of Jinning county. [Methods] SCL-90 Scale was used to collect data by interview. Scores of 10 factors in farmers studied were compared with those of normal model, computing percent of equal or greater than 3 points in SCL-90 scale and scores of different age groups by sex. [Results] The scores of almost all factors in SCL-90 for residents along Dian Chi Lake were higher than those of normal model in China except factor of personnel relationship.The scores of factors in females,compared with those of normal model in China, had high significant difference(P<0.01) except personnel relationship and compulsion. The scores of females were higher than those of males except hostile and compulsion. There were significant differences in physical,distress,horrible(P<0.05) between female and male groups. [Conclusion] Residents in rural area had some problem on psychological health. Health level of females was worse than that of males. It should strengthen health education and psychological consultation to them, especially for females.
