摘要
[目的]了解卫生坑道环境卫生状况,为特殊情况下人员进驻后做好防潮保暖工作提供科学依据。[方法]气温和气湿检测采用HT-2126型数字显示温湿度计,风速采用EYⅡB型便携式数字风速表,O2和CO2采用CYES-11型气体测定仪,CO、NO、NO2和SO2采用2000系列有害气体监测报警仪。空气细菌总数和真菌数用沉降法检测。[结果]卫生坑道内平均气温9.45℃:,平均气湿33.9%,风速为0m/s。气体成分检测结果均属正常。细菌总数为(3700±1016.3)cfu/m3,真菌数(4400±1060.6)cfu/m3,链球菌数(97±76.3)cfu/m3,厌氧菌(550±314.3)cfu/m3。实验组与对照组比较,细菌总数、真菌数差异有非常显著性(P<0.01),链球菌数差异有显著性(P<0.05)。[结论]卫生坑道收治的主要是伤病员,机体免疫力普遍较低,在其特殊环境下应做好防潮保暖及健全严格的消毒制度,以预防和控制因环境因素对人体健康的影响。
[Objective] To study the sanitation in the tunnel in order to provide the scientific proof of moistureproof and warm-keeping after the human's entry in special situation. [Methods] To measure the air temperature and moisture with the EY Ⅱ B handle digital wind speeder,and the O2 and CO2 with the CYES-11 air analyser, CO, NO,NO2,SO2 with the 2000 series analyser. And to detcet the total bacteria and fungi in the air with the method of sedimentation. [ Results] In the tunnel, the average temperture and moisture are 9.45℃ and 33 .9% ,and the wind speed is 0 m/s. All constituents of the air are normal. The total number of bacteria is (3700±1061.3) cfu/m3,and the fungus is (4400±1060.6) cfu/m3, the streptococcus is (97±76.3) cfu/m3,and the anaerobe is(550±314.3) cfu/m3. Compared with the control group, the total number of bacteria and fungi of experimental group is higher(P<0.01) ,so does the streptococcus(P<0.05) . [Conclusion] In the sanitary tunnel, the wounded' s immunity is weaker, so the moistureproof, warm-keeping and the strict disinfection institution should be done well in order to prevent and control the affect of the circumstance to the human health.
