摘要
本文应用淋巴细胞单克隆抗体,发现扩张型心肌病(DCM)外周血淋巴细胞亚群明显异常;同时用短寿命细胞法发现DCM 的抑制细胞功能明显减低,并与心功能不全之间存在明显的正相关。还发现DCM 患者循环中抗心肌抗体对培养的心肌细胞具有明显的细胞毒效应。DCM 可能是一个与病毒性心肌炎及遗传免疫缺陷有关的自身免疫病.
Through using lymophocyte monoclonalantibodies in patients with dilated cardiomyopathy(DCM)to do indirect immunofluorescence staining onsheet glass an abnormal lymphocyte subpopulation inthen was found.At the same time,suppressor Tcell(Ts)function evaluated by short-lived cell assaywas significantly reduced in the and a close correlationwas found between the Ts function and thehemodynamic function in them.In addition,circulatinganti-heart antibodies in DCM patients showed an ap-parent cytotoxicity againts the cultured myocardial cells.From this DCM may be an autoimmune diseaseswhich is related to viral myocarditis and genetically de-termined immune dificiency.
