人胎胰组织培养后的B细胞功能测定及电镜观察

摘要 本文报道了经Ham's F_(10)培养的人胎胰组织胰岛细胞功能状况及扫描电镜检查所见.发现培养物的胰岛素和C 肽分泌功能从被培养后的第3天开始增强,第7天后减弱,第10天后明显低落,分泌曲线呈抛物线型。在其分泌功能旺盛的3~7天期间,电子显微镜下可见群集的胰岛B 细胞颗粒占总体的3/4,也可见散在的胰岛A 细胞.7天以后的功能衰退期,则见A、B 细胞分泌颗粒电子密度减低,影像模糊,难以辨认. This artical reports pancreatic islet cells function and electromicroscopic observation of human fetal pancreatic tissues cultured by Han's F10.It is foundthat the secretic function of insulin and C-peptide inthe cultrued cells gradually increased the third day afterbeing cultured,decreased after the seven day,and de-clined significantly after the tenth day.The secreticcurve was of a parabolic type.During the hypersecreticperiod from the third day to the seventh day after cul-ture,clustered B islet cells were found under theelectromicroscopic,accounting for 3/4 of the total andthe sporadic type A islet cells.The seventh day after cul-ture,the electronic density of the secretic particles inthe type A and type B islet cells declined and becameblurred and unable to be seen clearly.
