浅析“拿到手”教育的教学实践

“拿到手”是傅正泰先生“少而精,拿到手”教育理论的缩略语,其内涵是指在社会要求多样化与知识爆炸时代的高等教育机构,应根据社会的需要,对大学生实施精品教育,从而真正地让学生熟练地掌握一门或数门技能,并能切实而有效地应用于社会之中。为了实现让学生“拿到手”的教学目的,教师必须认真思考、认真落实每一个教学环节,哪怕是细小的环节。只有这样,“拿到手”的目标,才不会成为可望而不可及的“空中楼阁”。

In order to realize the teaching purpose that let students ' get hands' , teachers must ponder deeply , implementing every teaching link conscientiously , even tiny link . However, education is an e-normous systematic project. So, we must create a good education environment and set up a more effective operating mechanism. Only the educational idea , teaching managing methods, supervising and assessing the mechanism and incentive mechanism are all taken into consideration in teaching the students to learn something, can the teacher's work be more smooth and more effective. The goal of ' learning something' for the students will not become ' castles in the air'.
