该系统基于B/S三层业务应用架构,采用新一代的JSP/Servlet/JavaBeans技术,通过与呼叫中心系统相结合,实现对信息的收集、分类、处理和统计。
A new generation JSP/Servlet/Java Beans technology was adopted in the system based on B/S 3 layer applied structure. Combining the calling center system together, we made the information collection, classification, treatment and statistics become true.
