Discuss on the Five Dividing Points in Transferring the Government's Function

建立与社会主义市场经济体制相适应的政府职能,适应入世后过渡期的需要,以便尽快融入国际社会和步入国际经济舞台,是当前我国机构改革面临的一项重要而紧迫的任务。本文从探索合理划分政府的五种职能关系出发,提出从五个分界点上转变政府职能,为正在进行中的政府职能转变和进一步深化改革廓清方向。

It is an important and urgent task facing the reform of our country's government in order to set up the government's funtion fitting for the marketing economic system, to meet the need of entering WTO in the time of transition, and to dip into the international environment and perform on the stage of international economy. Based on how to divide the government's five functions relationship, the article points out that we should transfer the government's function on the basis of the five dividing points so as to give a clear direction for the transferring of the government's function and further reform.
