摘要
谈及沟通,人们往往把它等同于掌握读、写、说的技能,而忽略了另一种重要的技能,即倾听。人们由于不能很好地倾听而误解和丢失了别人给我们发送的信息,从而给我们的工作和生活带来许多不好的结果。本文通过对人在倾听过程中存在的障碍进行分析,提出提高倾听技能的策略和技巧。
Speaking about the communication, people usually equal it to grasping the skill of reading, writing and talking, but they neglected another important skill, listening. According to the Statistics, the time that we spend on listening everyday is beyond the reach of other communication methods, but positive as it does, because we are not good at listening, people always lose or misunderstand the information that others send out to us, and it causes the unexpected bad result to our work and live. This text announces the obstacles according to a test in the process of listening, and talks about the strategy how to improve the skill of listening and solve these obstacles in the process of listening. I hope that everybody can practice subsequently, examine oneself constantly and proceeds at work.When we do like this,we can improve the skill of listening.
