摘要
本文依据运动生理学和心理学的理论,论述了准备操的重要性,提出了采用多形式、多变化、适合学生心理、生理内容的编排准备操的方法。
Based on the theory of sporting physiology and sporting psychology,the papers deals with the importance of the warming-up exercises,and suggests applying varions ways and forms can aim to the demands of students' physiology and psychology.
