摘要
目的观察腹腔镜胆囊切除术后胆囊管漏患者的心理问题,探讨解除心理障碍的对策。方法根据10例患者不同的心理问题,采取具体的、有针对性的方法。结果心理护理的有效率为100%,减轻了患者的心理压力,积极配合治疗,均痊愈出院。结论护士掌握一定的心理学知识,准确评估患者的心理问题,能解除患者的心理障碍。
Objective To determine the psychological problems of patients with biliary fistula after laparoscopic cholecystectomy operations and explore the countermeasures.Method Aimed at different psychological problems of the 10 patients,the specific countermeasures were adopted.Results The effective rate of these countermeasures achieved to 100%,which reduced the patients' psychological stress and facilitated them to cooperate with doctors and nurses positively.As a result,all patients recovered.Conclusion Nurses should master certain psychological knowledge,assess patients' psychological problems accurately and relieve their psychological disturbance in time.
