The evaluation and classification of postgradutes’ mentoring action

摘要 导师在研究生培养过程中具有举足轻重的作用,其指导行为直接关系到研究生的培养质量。指导行为具有学业支持和心理支持功能,其评价指标分为客观绩效指标与主观绩效指标,导师和研究生之间存在工具型、情感型、理性型和教练型四种不同的指导关系。 The tutor plays a very important role in the process of cultivating graduate student because the quality of tutor's mentoring directly related to the quality of the education. Preceptorial action can support graduates in their school work and psycology development. Objective and subjective indicators can be used in evaluating the mentor process. Moreover, it points out there are four kinds of mentorship between the tutor and the postgraduate, including implemental, emotional, rational and coach-like mentorship.
