摘要
高校中“两课”教学效果不佳,《法律基础》课程亦不例外。其根源在于我们头脑中主体意识的缺失———没有真正将学生作为教学的主体来看待,忽视了学生的需求。因此,必须把学生作为课程改革中首要考虑的因素,以增强法律意识为目标,抓住宪政思想渗透和合法权益维护两条主线,从教学内容、教材编写和教学模式等方面全面推进课程改革。
It is a well-known fact that the teaching result of “two courses” in high school is not so satisfactory with no exception of “fundamental law”. Exploring the source, we can see it lies in our lack of subjective consciousness. That is to say we never regard students as our real teaching subject and we ignore their needs.So we should first of all take students as our core element in course reform, aim at the reinforcement of the consciousness of law, grasp the two lines of constitution penetration and uphold of lawful rights firmly, and push the overall work ahead from the aspect of teaching contents, text books compiling, teaching mode and so on.
