深海小型底栖生物标本的自动分离仪设计 被引量:3

摘要 从深海沉积物的样品中分离小型底栖生物的方法目前大多为人工分离,为耗时耗力.为解决这一问题,提出了一种新型的基于激光诱导荧光检测海洋小型底栖生物自动分离装置的设计方案.试验结果表明,该方案的分离准确率达到了95%以上,有良好的应用前景. The study of meiofauna in deep ocean has very important signification in benthic ecology and benthic environmental monitoring. Most of existing methods of parating meiofauna are manual, which makes the investigators have to spend much time and energy. As a resolvent, a novel automatic device for separating meiofauna in deep ocean, based on LIF, is introduced in detail in this paper. The examination result shows that the accuracy of this scheme is above 95%. The prospect of application is also addressed in the paper.
