ELISA检测大骨节病区儿童血GSH-px活性

ELISA DETERMINATION OF BLOOD GSH-px OF CHILDREN IN THE KASCHIN-BECK DISEASE EFFECTED AREAS

本文用ELISA 法测定了大骨节病区和非病区儿童全血谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-px)活性,同时测定了该地区儿童血硒、尿硒和发硒含量。实验结果表明病区儿童血GSH-px 活性和血硒、尿硒以及发硒水平明显低于非病区儿童(P<0.01).血GSH-px 活性和血硒、尿硒以及发硒含量之间成正相关。

The activities of blood GDH-px of children were determined with ELISA in the Kaschin-Beck disease (KBD)effected area and non-effected area.The contentsof blood-Se,urinary-Se and hair-Se in childrenwere also determined.These results showed that the ac-tivities of blood GSH-px and the levels of blood-Se,urinary Se and hair-Se were lower than those ofchildren in the non-effected area(P<0.01).Therewere positive correlation between GSH-px activitiesand blood-Se,urinary-Se and hair-Se.
