摘要
采用正交函数分光光度法与吸收度减法联用技术测定咳喘感冒片中咖啡因的含量，平均回收率为９９．４％，变异系数（ＣＶ％）为０．９５％，（ｎ＝６），相关系数（ｒ）为０．９９９４。
The method of orthognal function spectrophotometry and absorbance subtraction technique was wsecl to discover the content of caffeine in kechuan ganmao tablets.The average rate of recovery of caffeine was 99.4%;coefficient of variation 0. 95% ; correlative coefficient 0.9994.
