摘要
分析了现有联醇工艺的特点及难以提高醇氨比的原因。在此基础上,提出了以变换气中CO2催化加氢合成甲醇的二步联醇新工艺,既可使甲醇产量得到大幅提高、降低能耗和生产成本,还可减少CO2排放,有利于环保。
An analysis is made of the characteristics of the existing integrated methanol process and the causes for the difficulty in raising the methanol-ammonia ratio. On this basis a new two-step integrated methanol process is proposed for the catalytic hydrogenation of CO2 from shift effluent to synthesize methanol, thereby increasing by a big margin the methanol output, reducing the energy consumption and the production cost, and decreasing the discharge of CO2, beneficial to environmental protection.
