摘要
采用交流阻抗法和稳态极化曲线法研究溴代十六烷基吡啶(CPB)与硫脲(TU)复配对X70钢在0.5mol/L硫酸溶液中的缓蚀作用.研究发现:随着CPB浓度的增加,缓蚀率增加,在浓度为10mg/L时,出现极值现象;CPB与TU复配后缓蚀率提高.
The inhibitive action of thiourea(TU) and cetylpyridinium bromide(CPB) and their synergistic inhibitive action on the corrosion behaviour of X70 steel were investigated in 0.5mol/L H_2SO_4 solution by means of potentiodynamic polarization techinique and EIS. It is found that the inhibitive effect of CPB increases with the increasing of the concentration of CPB. Inhibitive effect of CPB is the best when its concentration is up to 10mg/L. A combination of TU and CPB gives a synergistic effect.
