梨矮化中间砧PDR_(54)、S_5和S_2对金花梨的矮化性能初探

Preliminary Study on the Dwarfing Potentials of Interstocks of PDR_( 54), S_5 and S_2 to Jinhua Pear

通过梨砧木嫁接实验,以棠梨为基砧,嫁接‘金花梨’,对具有矮化潜力的梨中间砧PDR54、S5和S2进行矮化性能研究表明,PDR54、S2和S5对‘金花梨’所表现的矮化性能差异较大.当中间砧砧段长为10cm时,三者矮化性能均不明显,仅PDR54的致矮程度达76.7%,属于半矮化砧;但当中间砧砧段长增至20cm时,PDR54、S5和S2表现了良好的矮化效应,其致矮程度分别为44.4%,41.5%和75.2%,属于矮化和半矮化砧木.

The dwarfing potentials of the interstocks PDR_ 54, S_5 and S_2 to P. bretschneideri cv. Jinhua were studied by sing P.pashia as rootstocks. The results showed that the interstocks of PDR_ 54, S_5 and S_2 had a great difference in dwarfing potentials. When the length of the interstocks of PDR_ 54, S_5 and S_2 was 10cm, only PDR_ 54 showed a dwarfing potential of 76.7%, the other two did not exhibit conspicuous dwarfing potentials in comparison with CK. While the length of the interstocks of PDR_ 54, S_5 and S_2 increased to 20cm, they exhibited dwarfing potentials of 44. 1%,41.5% and 75.2% respectively, which were significantly different from that of CK.
