摘要
介绍了MPEG-4的视频编码原理及基于TMS320C6201的MPEG-4实时视频编码器的设计和实现方案,阐述了其硬件设计和软件设计中遇到的关键问题并提出了解决方法。
The video encoding principles based on MPEG-4 are introduced. A designing scheme of a MPEG-4 real time video encoder based on TMS320C6201 DSP is provided. The key problems in software and hardware designing and their solutions are presented.
