摘要
PROFIBUS-DP网络作为当前工业控制中广泛应用的网络标准,与交直流调速系统以及PLC模块共同构建了工业控制中的底层硬件系统。重点讨论了PROFIBUS-DP网络中6RA70直流调速器的通信方式和功能参数设置,在此基础上给出了S7-300PLC的与6RA70直流调速器间基于PROFIBUS-DP网络的编程实现方法。最后以全钢子午胎胎面生产线为例,对整个系统进行了阐述。
Being a widely used criterion in the industrial control system, PROFIBUS-DP network, together with DC/AC transducer and PLC module, makes up of the bottom hardware system. The communication protocol of SIMOREG DC Master 6RA70 based on PROFIBUS-DP network and network parameter setting is introduced. A programming method is presented between S7-300 PLC and transducer. An illustration is given to describe the whole system.
