摘要
针对固体火箭发动机壳体纤维带缠绕工艺中纤维带跑偏的现象,分析了纤维带跑偏的原因及纠偏的可行性,从而提出了纠偏的方法,并从硬件和软件2个方面论述了单片机控制的光电液压伺服纠偏系统的原理和组成。该纠偏系统还可应用于印刷、纺织和输送等行业的纠偏控制,具有一定的实用价值。
The running deviation of fibers in the Fiber Wind (FW) technics of rocket-engine-rind is discussed. The reason and feasibility of deflection-correcting are analyzed and methods of deflection-correcting are proposed. The principles and composition of photo-electricity hydraulic pressure servo deflection-correcting system controlled by a single-sheet-processor are detailed. This system can be used in deflection-correcting in printing, spinning and transmitting professions and it is of great practical value.
