国有存续企业激励模式研究

摘要 存续企业是伴随国有大型企业重组改制、分离上市而出现的新概念。一些国有大型企业将主业即优良资产全部剥离出来,组成股份有限公司并上市,实行新的管理体制和经营模式,未分离的原有企业被称为存续企业。存续企业在人才、资金资产、经营机制、管理、竞争力等各方面都处于相对劣势,面临生存与发展的严峻挑战。论述了通过建立职级动态激励模式,从整体激励的原理,实施组织激励,以实现对国有存续企业现有资源的优化配置,增强存续企业的活力,使其逐步适应市场经济规律,向建立现代企业制度方向发展。 Survival enterprise is a new concept with the reconstruction and reform of state-owned enterprises, division and on board of state-owned enterprises. Some large-scale state-owned enterprises separate the main business excellent assets to form limited companies on board and carry out new management systems and patterns. The original enterprises which are not separated are called survival enterprise. Survival enterprises are relatively at disadvantages in some aspects, such as human resources, capitals, operation mechanism, management, competition. They confront hard challenges of survival and development. A dynamic position change incentive mode is built to carry out organization incentive to optimize the resources in state-owned survival enterprises to strengthen their vitality, gradually making the survival enterprises adapt to the law of market economy and establishing modern enterprise systems.
