摘要
对汽车制造业供应链库存管理模式进行了梳理,对准时采购方式的定义及其特征进行了阐述,最后对在汽车制造业实施准时采购方式的策略进行了探讨,为我国汽车行业实施准时采购方式提供参考。
The inventory management mode of supply chain in automobile industry is analyzed. The definition and features of JIT purchasing are clarified. Strategies of JIT purchasing in automobile industry are discussed offering references for implementation of JIT purchasing in Chinese automobile industry.
