摘要
主要针对油田含油污泥中油、泥乳化状态好、相互附着力较强、油泥相对比重较小的特征,采用破乳脱油处理技术路线,利用具有破乳功能的化学表活剂使含油污泥破乳,降低油-泥的粘度,减小油-泥间的附着力,使原油与污泥中无机固形物之间解吸附并聚结上浮,从而达到减少污泥中污油含量的工艺目的.通过室内实验及现场试验,摸索了一套工艺运行参数,处理后的污泥含油量降至1%以下,原油回收率>90%,脱水后污泥含水率≤75%.
In connection with the characteristics of good emulsification, strong adhesion, small relative gravity in oilfield sludge, we adopt the technique of destroying emulsion and discarding oil, use chemical surfactant to destroy emulsion to lower adhesion, and to have the inorganic solids disintegrate and cluster thus achieving the purpose of reducing oil in oil sludge. By indoors tests and on-the-spot experiments, we grasp a set of technical parameters of treating sludge: oil content (<1%), crude oil recovery rate (>90%), sludge water content after dehydration (≤95%).
