叶面喷硼对胡柚和温州蜜柑生理特性的影响 被引量:5

摘要 在盛花前和果实发育初期对缺硼胡柚和温州蜜柑进行叶面喷硼处理(喷施0.2%H3BO4溶液),以探讨硼对不同柑桔品种生理特性的影响。结果表明,叶面喷硼能显著提高胡柚和温州蜜柑的叶片和果实的硼含量,提高果实过氧化物酶(POD)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性,降低吲哚乙酸(IAA)氧化酶和多酚氧化酶(PPHO)活性,并降低酚类物质和丙二醛(MDA)含量。胡柚对硼的需求大于温州蜜柑,对缺硼更敏感。 An experiment was conducted with +B (0.2% H3BO4) and -B (H2O) spraying before full blooming and early stage of fruit development of two citrus species.The results showed that +B treatment significantly increased boron content of leaves and fruits,the activities of peroxidase (POD) and superoxide dismutase (SOD),but decreased the activities of indoleacetic acid (IAA) oxidase and polyphenoloxidase (PPHO),the contents of phenolics and malonaldehyde (MDA).The results indicated that Huyou needed more boron than Satsuma mandarin and Huyou was more sensitive to boron deficiency than Satsuma mandarin.
