摘要
氯化铜(CuCl_2)10mg/kg iv 逆转大鼠 iv 氯化钡性心律失常为窦性心律,能对抗鸟头碱诱发大鼠的心律失常。铜5mg/kg 明显缩短氯仿-肾上腺素引起家兔心律失常的持续时间。铜15μg/10 g i.p 降低氯仿引起小鼠心室颤动率.但铜不能增加哇巴因引起豚鼠室性心律失常的阈剂量和致死量,不能降低氯化钙引起大鼠室颤率和死亡率。普萘洛尔2mg/kg i.v 能明显对抗这两种心律失常。氯化铜具有负性频率作用。
CuCl_2(copper)10 mg/kg iv was used to convert in BaCl_2-induced ventricular arrhythmias into sinus rhythm in rats it was known to inhibit cardiacarrhythmias induced by aconitine in rats,and it alsocould shorten the duration of arrhythmias induced bychloroform-epinephrine in rabbits.Copper 15 μg/10gip decreased the incidence of ventricular fibrillation bychloroform in mice,while copper was not found todecrease the incidence of CaCl_2-induced ventricularfibrillation and death,to increase the threshold doseand death dose of ouabian to produce arrhythmias inguinea pigs.Propranolol 2 mg/kg iv countractedsignificantly the arrhythmias induced by ouabain andCaCl_2.Copper could produced bradycardia in guineapigs.
