对巴里选厂处理10O号特富矿体副产矿石临时流程的探讨

摘要 针对大厂巴里选厂处理100号特富矿体副产矿石的矿物特性,生产上采用磁-浮-重原则流程,浮选为等可浮合并分离流程。浮选流程验证试验的同时还进行了优先-混浮分离、两段混浮分离和等可浮分别分离几种方案对比。结果表明,巴里选广采用磁-浮-重原则流程选别100号矿体副产矿石是可行的,优先-混浮分离流程简单,所需设备少,比现选厂采用的等可浮合并分离流程优越。磁选工艺可采用粗粒度磁选,磁性物再磨再选流程. The principle flowsheet of magnetic separation-flotation-gravity separation is used to treat the by-produced ore from No。100 rich orebody at Bali concentrator.The flowsheet of equal-floatability combination and separa-tion is used for flotation,At the same time when the demonstration test of flotation flowsheet is being done,the schemes of differential flotation-bulk flo-tation separation,two stages of bulk flotation separation and equal-floatability resp-separation are compared.The results show that,it is feasible using the prin-ciple flowsheet of magnetic separation-flotation-gravity separation to treat the by-produced ore from No,100 orebody at Bali concentrator.The flowsheet of differential flotation-bulk flotation separation,which requires less equipments,is simple and superior to the flowsheet of iso-flotability combination and sep-aration peesently used at the existing concentrator.The flowsheet of regrinding and flotation of coarse magnetic minerals may be used for magnetic separation process
