摘要
四色点阵印花在固色(大多为蒸化)过程中,蒸化温度、时间和湿度等固色条件的变化,常会引起印花颜色偏差。采用涤纶分散染料印花的常压高温汽蒸固色法,调节蒸化温度、时间和湿度三个固色条件的量值,测量不同条件固色后的K/S值变化和色差,以分析科莱恩公司一组福隆分散染料的固色深度的变化规律;染料拼混后的色光变化情况,研究该组染料印花结果对固色条件变化的敏感性。
Four-color rotary screen printing of textile is a new method to exhibit good design and colors,but variations of time, temperature, and relative humidity in steaming for color fixation will bring color change. Polyester printing process with disperse dyes was carried out in which dyes were fixed at normal pressure high temperature steaming conditions. Effects of steaming temperature, time and humidity were evaluated via measuring the K/S value and color difference, therefore, dye depth and shade of dye combination along with the changes of the fixing conditions, as well as sensitivity of printing results to fixation conditions were estimated.
