灯芯绒染色用染料探讨

分析了灯芯绒染色传统染料的优缺点,指出目前新开发的双活性基和多活性基活性染料是较适宜的染料。例举了新活性染料替代硫化和传统活性染料染浅、中、深色的工艺处方及测试牢度,结果表明,新活性染料固色率明显提高,染深性较好,且牢度优良。

Advantages and disadvantages of conventional dyes for corduroy are analyzed. It is pointed out that the lately developed reactive dyes with bi-and multi- functional groups are the suitable dyes. Recipes for new reactive dyes replacing sulfur dyes and old reactive dyes to dye light, medium or dark shades are illustrated, and color fastness are tested. The dyeings with new reactive dyes feature higher fixation, enhanced depth and color fastness.
