摘要
对羊毛织物生物酶处理后可低温染色的机理进行了分析,通过比较不同的碱性蛋白酶对羊毛低温染色效果的影响,从中优选出LanL酶。采用分浴法或同浴法染色工艺,可获得良好的染色效果和手感。生物酶处理,为羊毛低温染色提供绿色环保方法。
Mechanism of low temperature dyeing of wool after proteases treatment is analyzed, effects of different alkaline protease on dyeing results are compared. The optimum process of protease Lan L is defined. Good dyeing results and soft handle can be obtained via one or two-bath process.
