直流混合开关电器技术的研究

摘要 提高直流开关电器可靠运行的一个重要措施是开关过程的无弧通断。采用直流开关电器与电力电子器件相结合方式,设计并实现了能够实现无弧通断的直流混合开关电器。提出的时序配合方法为直流混合开关电器的实现奠定了基础,为大功率直流混合开关电器的性能和可靠性的提高提供了有效的技术保障。由于实现了无弧通断,该开关电器具有高可靠性、长寿命、防爆、绿色环保等特点,适用于国防、电力系统、煤矿、铁路机车电器控制等多种应用场合。 One important method making DC relay contactor with more reliable operating is arcless breaking in processing of switching. By linking the DC relay contactor with power electronic device, the DC hybrid switch apparatus without switching arcing was designed and accomplished. The proposed sequential coordination method lays a foundation for implementing the DC hybrid switch apparatus and provides effective technical guarantee for upgrading performance and reliability of high power DC hybrid switch apparatus. The arcless breaking switch apparatus with many adventages such as high reliability, long life, explosion-proof and environment-friendly is suitable for many applications of national defence, power system, coal mine, railway locomotive etc.
