城市中心区地下停车系统规划探讨

Probe into the Underground Parking System in Downtown Areas of Cities

中心区交通拥堵、停车困难是世界许多大城市共同面临的问题,我国城市中心区的地下停车设施利用率普遍不高。文章从解决中心区静态交通入手,提出了地下停车系统的概念,针对地下停车系统的形成条件、布局形态、选址及管理措施等作了初步的探讨。

Nowadays many big cities in the world encounter the same problems of traffic jam and the difficulty in parking. In China, the underground parking system in downtown areas of cities is generally not sufficiently used. In this paper, starting with solving the problem of the parking in downtown areas, the concept of underground parking system is put forward and the forming conditions, layout, site selection and management measures of the underground parking system in downtown areas are investigated.
