摘要
面临国家宏观政策的调整和全社会耕地保护意识增强的大背景,在山多地少的城市,如何运用市场经济手段,科学、有效、合理地利用地下空间,成为城市政府亟待破解的一个重大课题,建德市就此进行了有益的探索。
Facing the background of regulation of the national macro policy and awareness of cultivated land protection, there is an important problem for the municipal government to utilize the underground space scientifically, effectively and rationally by the means of market economy. In this paper the investigation of Jiande City is introduced.
