摘要
以工程实例,介绍了高压富水隧道通过洞内观察与地质描述、TSP203声波探测仪、HY-303型红外线探测仪探水和超前水平钻探的综合超前地质预报体系,准确预测预报隧道掌子面前方围岩构造及富水情况,采取以深孔超前全封闭帷幕注浆固结岩体止水为主,超前小导管注浆固结岩体止水为辅,并辅以环向小导管注浆、围岩与初期支护间空隙压浆、二次衬砌背后注浆等综合防水措施,以及控制隧道防水结构施工的施工工艺和施工质量,达到止水和防水的效果。
This thesis describes through examples how the tunnel with high-pressure and rich water gives water-stopping and waterproofing effect, adopting the comprehensive leading geological forecast system consisting of observation inside the tunnel and geological description, TSP203 sound wave detector, detecting water by HY-303 infrared detector and leading horizontal exploration to correctly forecast the structure of the surrounding rock and rich water condition in front of the tunnel heading face, taking curtain grouting in fully-closed deep-hole to consolidate rock mass and stop water as the main method and grouting by leading duct to consolidate rock mass and stop water as the assistant method, assisting by the comprehensive waterproof measures, including loop duct grouting, grouting in space between surrounding rock and primary support and grouting behind of secondary lining, etc. and controlling the construction workmanship and quality of the waterproof structure of the tunnel.
