摘要 研究了炭黑填充硬质聚氯乙烯塑料的导电性能、阻燃性能及力学性能,结果表明塑料的电导率、阻燃性和拉伸强度随炭黑添加量增加而明显提高,而冲击强度随之下降。当炭黑含量为8份时,表面电阻率为10~3kΩ,氧指数达33。该类塑料是优异的防静电、阻燃材料。 The electrical conductivity. fire retardance and mechanical properties of the carbon-black filled rigid PVC plastics were studied. The result showed that the conductivity .tensile strength and fire retardance increased obviously with the increasing of carbon-black filler while the impact strength decreased-When the filler loading being to 8 Parts,the resistance is 103kΩ,oxygen index up to 33. This composite is an excellent antistatic and fire retardant material.
