我国少数民族地区地域辽阔,民族传统体育内容丰富,形式活泼,生动有趣。少数民族体育文化氛围浓郁,具有民族性和传承性、稳定性和封闭性、独特性和地域性的特征。少数民族体育文化对大学生体育观念和体育意识有着潜在的影响。建议大力开展少数民族传统体育,促进民族体育的发展。

<Abstrcat>Traditional sports of minorities in China are national,inherent,stable,conservative and unique,which influences the sports view and sports consciousness of college students. It was suggested that traditional sports of minorities should be developed and promoted.
