Discussion on construction of mass setting-upexercise and urban sports culture

通过对大众健身操在都市开展的意义和现状的分析,提出只有建立大众健身操网络,加快培训社会专业指导员的步伐,积极采取措施、创造条件、开发场所,同时加强与大学的区域合作,以奥运会为契机,努力营造大众健身操的文化氛围,才能有利于加强都市大众健身操文化的建设与管理。

<Abstrcat>By analyzing the meaning and current situation of developing mass setting-up exercise in the (urban) areas,in order to enhance the construction and management of urban mass setting-up exercise better and faster,the author put forth the suggestions of establishing the mass setting-up exercise network so as to quicken the steps of cultivating social sports instructors,to take effective measures,to create conditions,to exploit sports grounds,and to cooperate with institutes and universities,and to take the Olympic Games as an opportunity to construct the cultural atmospheres of mass setting-up exercises.
