摘要
通过对电压解耦矢量控制系统的研究,介绍了以DSPTMS320C240为核心的电压解耦矢量控制系统,TMS320C240是一种面向电机控制的专用DSP芯片,充分利用了该芯片的超强实时计算能力和针对电机数字控制的丰富片内集成外部器件,使构成的控制系统电路简单,主要控制策略由C240软件完成,使系统易于控制。文中详细分析了电压解耦矢量控制理论、矢量控制系统的硬件结构和软件结构,在完成实验系统后进行控制实验,并对实验波形进行分析。结果表明,采用基于DSP的电压解耦矢量控制系统不但系统简单可靠、性能好而且易于实现复杂的控制策略,是今后矢量系统发展的一个主要方向。
This paper introduces a voltage-decoupling vector control system based on DSP-TMS320C240 chip, which is easy to be used for generator control, have the advantage of powerful real-time calculation and abundant integral ability for motor digital control. The strategy of this control system is programmed on this C240 chip.The theoretical study and the control scheme of voltage-decoupling vector control are presented in detail. The method has been tested on a real system. The testing results, especially the waveform are analyzed thoroughly. The experimental results show that the system using the method has a good performance.
