摘要
大学生的管理,直接关系到高校人才培养的质量。本文分析了传统管理模式存在的问题,探索了人本管理理论的内涵,并提出在高校学生管理中应如何运用人本管理思想。
The management of university students is directly related to the qualities of student’s cultivation. This thesis analyzes the problems which lie in the traditional management mode, explore the essence of people-oriented management theory, advocating how to apply this theory in managing students in universities.
