关于杭州电大推行部门二级管理体制改革的几点思考

本文从杭州广播电视大学推行二级管理体制改革出发,分析了二级管理体制改革的实质及推行二级管理体制改革的必要性,并就学校在推行二级管理体制改革过程中出现的几个主要问题提出相应几点对策。

Proceeding from promoting the reform of second-level management system at Hangzhou Radio and TV University, this thesis analyzes the nature of the reform of second-level management system and the necessity of promoting the reform of second-level management system, while putting forward corresponding measures for several major issues in the course of promoting the reform of second-level management system.
