从语境角度看美容品说明书翻译的对等

Study of Equivalence in the Translation of Cosmetics Instructions from Context Perspective

说明书是一种为产品服务的介绍性语篇体裁,当产品进入国际市场时,要求译者在翻译说明书时能准确把握语篇的文化语境和情景语境,从而实现其预定的交际目的和交际效果。本文主要探讨系统功能语言学中的语境理论对说明书翻译的启示和意义,首先概述语篇分析模式引入翻译研究后所取得的成果。再结合美容品说明书的翻译实例,分析语境对译文语言表达形式所产生的影响,探讨在具体语境下说明书翻译如何实现"对等"的问题。

This paper aims to apply the theorics of context of culture and context of situation of Systemic Functional Linguistics to the analysis of the translation of instructions. It will first review the application of discourse analysis to translation studies. By referring to two cases of the translation of cosmetics instructions, the present study tries to look into the issue of equivalence in the English/Chinese translation of instructions.
