摘要
为了适应基础教育改革对高等师范院校提出的新要求,培养能够适应新课程的合格教师,保证新课程的顺利实施,本文从专业、课程设置、教师基本功、教师教学示范性及教育实践四方面进行了探讨,提出了建议。
<Abstrcat> To meet the new requirements from the primary education reform and bring up competent teachers for the new courses for their smooth implementation, this paper examines the issue on the four aspects of the majors, courses, teachers' basic skills, teachers' model-setting and students teaching practice, and offers some suggestions.
