摘要
从天气系统、低空急流的演变和水汽在鲁西、鲁南的辐散、辐合的变化，诊断分析了在鲁南形成这次特大暴雨的原因。
In this paper,the reason of torrential rainfall process occurred over southern Shandong is analysed based on the weather system,the evolution of lower torrent and the variation of divergence and convergence of moisture over western and southern Shandong.
