雅漾舒护活泉水对1050例敏感性皮肤和炎症性皮肤病辅助治疗作用的初步观察 被引量:13

摘要 目的:观察雅漾舒护活泉水对敏感性皮肤和炎症性皮肤病的作用。方法:对1050例敏感性皮肤和炎症性皮肤病急性期的受试者进行观察,在门诊就诊时喷雾1次,5min后观察效果,以后每天喷雾2~3次。455例受试者单独使用雅漾舒护活泉水,595例受试者活泉水与糖皮质激素软膏及抗组胺药联合应用。结果:治疗15d后所有患者的红斑、脱屑、瘙痒等症状均有明显改善,单用雅漾舒护活泉水组和联合用药组疗效差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论:雅漾舒护活泉水对敏感性皮肤和炎症性皮肤病具有良好的辅助治疗和护理作用。 Objective: To observe the effectiveness of EAU THERMALE Avène on allergic skin and inflammatory dermatoses. Methods: To observe 1 050 cases of acute allergic skin and inflammatory dermatoses. The first therapy was done in outpatient clinic, and the effectiveness was observed and recorded 5 minutes later. Afterward, the patients were sprayed Avène 2-3 times per day at home. 455 cases used Avène only, and 595 cases used Avène and topical steroid and antihistamines. Results: 15 days after above treatment, all the symptoms including erythema, scaling and pruritus were improved obviously. The result showed that there was no noticeable difference between single Avène group and combined therapy group (P > 0.05). Conclusion: Good results can be obtained for the allergic skin and inflammatory skin by using EAU THERMALE Avène.
