摘要
目的探讨预防住院患者跌倒的护理预案及其实效。方法制定包括跌倒高危险性因素评估、干预措施、健康教育在内的“防跌三步曲”预案,并完善三级护理安全监控网。结果自2003年4月“预案”实施后的1年内,全院共有3名患者跌倒,与实施前的1年内12名患者跌倒比较,差异明显。结论“预案”的制定与实施能有效地防止住院患者跌倒。
Objective To observe the nursing preparatory plan of preventing inpatients' stumbling and its practical results.Methods Counter-stumbling plan consists of three aspects:high-risk stumbling factor assessment,intervention measures and health education;the three-level nursing safety monitoring network was improved.Results Within one year of the conduction of this plan,only 3 patients stumbled,obviously fewer than 12 patients in the previous year.Conclusion This plan is quite effective in preventing inpatients' stumbling.
