摘要
上学是孩子成长中的重要事件,现代教育与心理学研究的成果显示,入园适应的问题,涉及家庭、学校、社区的诸多因素。本文重点从幼儿园工作的角度来分析幼儿入园适应的问题,主要包括家庭的人际交往特征、家园合作的运行起点与水平、幼儿园管理者的保教观念与硬件设施、教师在工作中显现的自身特征等几个方面。
Attending school is an important thing in the course of children growing up. Modern educational and psychological achievements show that many factors are involved in children adapting to kindergarten life after attending, such as the ways of parents breeding, the starting point and level of cooperation between families and kindergartens, the facilities and educational conception of administrative personnel of kindergartens, the teachers' characters and the children' characters etc. This paper intends to analyze these factors in order to systematically learn about the problem of children adapting to kindergarten life after attending.
